To maintain overall accountability to the client travel management and the customers by ensuring best in class service delivery across all teams
Ensuring Coaches and Counselors actively meet and exceed customer requirements and service level agreements.
To foster an environment focused on positive employee engagement focusing on people management and development
To be accountable and meet all business profitability, productivity and operational cost objectives through effective and superior leadership
5 years of combined experience as an Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager and leading teams preferably in the tourism industry
Ability to motivate, develop and guide a team by using appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
Passion for the tourism industry and for leading a large and diverse group in a fast moving environment where adaptability is an inevitable skill
Ability to establish priorities within work, work autonomously and archive objectives without supervision
Skilled in problem-solving and able to give solutions timely
Must be passionate about the tourism industry
Strong organization and communication skills
